Supports for your students before, during, and after the build process

We pride ourselves in being able to work with students throughout the development process by providing students access to the development process through various employment methodologies.

This allows Bedrock Campus Community non-profit division to fulfill your operational needs around Governance, residence life, programming, marketing, leasing,  and facilities maintenance, ensuring talent is developed from your community. 

Internships

Hiring interns provides us with fresh perspectives, and the opportunity to identify potential future employees while giving interns valuable real-world experience and guidance

Commuity Employment

Each site will have permanent employment opportunities and positions will be held for graduates of your institution. 

Apprentiships

We can establish an apprenticeship program with your school to help your students cultivate a skilled workforce, close skill gaps, and develop a pipeline of qualified employees for us and similar employers like us. 

Resident Assistants

Residence halls are an excellent way to support students learning, but staff will be needed. We look forward to having a successful and collaborative relationship so students are supported outside of the classroom  

Student Employmnet

Once a project is completed, there will be multiple positions that have flexible schedules which will be created to support students as they complete their education at your institution.
